As a business development manager, you’ll need to be:

  • Responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market.
  • Cold calling, gathering intelligence, handling objections, Business-to-Business lead generation.
  • Complete RFPs and proposals, follow up on submissions, and close business.
  • Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • To generate business opportunities for Product engineering, Services, Web, and Mobile application development services.
  • Manage consultative pitching by understanding the prospect’s business & pitching product concepts and writing cracking business proposals.
  • Handle contract negotiations and strong business agreements and work on business onboarding for new prospects.
  • Build a vast network through Linkedin, databases and other social networks and able to communicate between the Client and the Technical team
  • Responsible for establishing account presence and building trust with key contacts.
  • Good Contact Discovery skills to find appropriate prospects
  • Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Preferred to be worked/working experience with IT Companies
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies
